Step 1: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Do not use after applying moisturisers and other toners etc. only on dry clean skin.

Guidelines

We advice you only wear the device on any of the settings for 10 minutes a day. Excessive use of the device (studies indicate over two hours) may lead to side effects such as burning the skin. Please don't use if you are pregnant, or have a medical condition or on any medication which causes photosensitive skin e.g. Lupus. Also please wear eye goggles at all times when in use.
